Meetings consist of a 15 min business meeting followed by 1 full set of races.

Track is set-up/Taken down each night - participation by members/parents in attendance is required.

We will try and end at 9pm, however, sometimes the meetings run over.  The meeting is done when all races are complete and the track is cleaned up.
